Editing a Job

  1. Starting from the sidebar navigation, click > Planner > Calendar and navigate to the line of the element for which you want to edit a job.

  2. Double click on the element.

  3. The detailed view will open.

  4. Go to the Tasks tab.

  5. Double click the job you want to edit.

  6. The Edit task dialog box is displayed.

  7. Edit the fields.

  8. Note: You can convert a task into a job by editing the Type and Workflow fields. However, a job cannot be converted into a task.

  9. Click Edit Task.

  10. The job data sheet opens.

  11. Edit the data sheet and save your entries. For more information, refer to the user manual of the Job Manager module.

  12. Click X.

  13. The data sheet is closed and the detailed view of the element is displayed.

  14. Click X.

The detailed view is closed. You have edited the job.

You can also edit a job in the Job Manager module.
